Bee attack on KSRTC bus passengers on Pathanamthitta-Gavi Route; several stung

PATHANAMTHITTA: Passengers were attacked by bees while travelling on a KSRTC bus from Pathanamthitta to Gavi. The incident occurred in the Kozhikanam area after a beehive unexpectedly fell onto the bus. Several passengers were stung by bees in the ensuing attack.

Since the route passes through the forest away from populated areas, arranging immediate assistance was reportedly challenging. The driver and conductor were also stung by the bees. Such unexpected incidents have raised concerns about the safety of passengers travelling to Gavi. No serious health complications have been reported so far.
